Questions

Do we buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours. You pay one price for the season and we look after everything.
Will it damage our building or signage?
No nails, no screws, no drilling. We use clips made for gutters, shingles and trim, and work around your signs.
What do we need to provide?
An outdoor outlet. Our lights plug in on a timer. We don't do electrical work, so no hardwiring or new outlets.
What if part of it goes out?
Text us. We fix it within 48 hours at no charge, weather and safe access permitting.
What does it add to our power bill?
Very little. Our warm white LED bulbs use a fraction of old incandescents. A typical storefront costs a few dollars for the whole season.
When do they go up and come down?
Installs run through November and early December. Takedown is January 5 to 20, weather permitting.
Are you insured?
We carry general liability insurance on every install and our crew is covered by WorkSafeNB. We'll send a certificate on request.
How do we pay?
50% deposit to book, balance after install. We send an invoice you can pay by card, or use e‑transfer. Prices are before HST.
